Colombia Agustino is a coffee that has moderate acidity taste with fruit tea notes. A coffee that we absolutely love at The Roasting House.

Altitude: 1900m above sea level.
Prcoessing method: Washed.
Variety: Colombia and Caturra.
Flavour: Fruit tea, Hibiscus, Zesty acidity.
This coffee is grown on the altitiudes of Agustino Forest, Department of Huila in the Southwestern part of Colombia, on heights reaching up to 1900 Meters Above Sea Level.
It is grown by the COAGUSTINOS Association, which invests in developing each producer’s farm and offers training sessions aimed at improving the quality of the coffee and coffee practices associated with the protection.
The coffee is of both a Catura and Colombia varieties. Ensuring a zesty acidity tase with hints of Hibiscus and Fruity tea.
