Roa Coffee currently ships within Qatar and plans to expand to the GCC region soon.

  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (Qatar): Orders are delivered within same day or 1-2 business days, depending on the availability.

  • Same-Day Delivery (Doha): Available for orders placed before close time.

  • International Shipping (Coming Soon): We will update our customers once this service is available.

  1. Shipping Fees

  • Doha: Free shipping on orders above QAR 200. A flat fee of QAR 25 applies to smaller orders.

  • Other Cities in Qatar: A standard shipping fee of QAR 50 applies.

  • GCC Shipping (When Available): Shipping fees will vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

  1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (except Fridays and public holidays).

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once their package is dispatched.

  1. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted local couriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  1. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

  • If an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer.

  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, our courier will contact you to reschedule.

  1. Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided via email or SMS.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

  1. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within less than [24 hours] after placing them.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, unless the product delivered in a bad condition.
