India Sails Espresso Blend

India Sails is a fully eastern blend from India, Indonesia and Ethiopia. The main component is ِArabica Monsooned Malabar AA.

The monsoon process gave us the idea of the name, as it is a frequent route for merchants and it was on these boats that the idea of the Monsoon process was discovered.

The blend presents a very rich, creamy and velvety dark roast espresso with high sweetness and mild acidity.

Water volume: 33ml

Preparation time: 30-33sec

The pre-wet for automatic machines goes by

Turn on for 2 seconds and turn off for 3 seconds

Water volume: 33ml

Preparation time: 30-33 sec

The pre-wet for pressure profile machines goes by 12 seconds at a pressure of 3 bar, then raising the full pressure to 9 bar
