  1. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within less than 24 hours of being placed.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, except in exceptional cases, such as receiving a damaged product.

 

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Large Orders (B2B)

  • Cancellations and refunds are not allowed for bulk or B2B (business-to-business) orders.

  • All sales for wholesale or large quantity orders are considered final.
